Team Philosophy

The Indiana Masters is a 6 year old team based upon some simple beliefs: that amateur bicycle racing at the Masters level is exciting, highly competitive, and only getting better, especially in the Midwest; and that what brings out the finest in the sport of bicycle racing, at whatever level, are the sacrifices and rewards of racing as a team, each racer doing his or her part to achieve victory for one of the group.

Team Goals

•To work together as teammates, not against each other as rivals.

•To be the best Masters racing team in Indiana.

•To be visible and active members of the cycling community.

•To be worthy representatives of the sport of cycling and of our business sponsors.

•To be positive role models for safe, courteous, and responsible behavior on the bicycle, especially when it
comes to sharing our roads with other vehicles.

•To continue to challenge ourselves mentally and physically and to inspire other cyclists, both younger and
older, to do the same.

  • * To Promote Paralympics Cycling in the Midwest through example of spirit by those with less.
Disabled DOESN'T equate to sitting on the couch and watching ask Bruce.
